With deep roots in problem-solving and education, I’m now exploring how AI can enhance human and organizational potential With decades of experience across trades, education, and research, I’ve built a career grounded in problem-solving, systems thinking, and continuous learning. Now, I’m combining that foundation with emerging knowledge in artificial intelligence and organizational development to help build smarter, more ethical businesses. I achieved 98th- and 99th-percentile scores on university entrance exams and completed university-level courses in management and writing. In 1984, I founded Post Industrial Corporation, a small mechanical contracting company, gaining hands-on experience in business leadership and project management. By 1997, I had transitioned into teaching at a private technical college, where I developed and taught courses on industrial gas systems, combustion chemistry, and safety procedures for complex fuel and oxygen distribution systems. From 2009 to 2017, I worked at the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Medicine as a laboratory assistant. Collaborating with world-class researchers elevated my professional standards and accelerated my personal growth. In 2017, I launched Global Organizational Development Systems, a sole proprietorship focused on systems thinking and sustainable development. My current focus includes ethical investing and a two-year, self-designed study program dedicated to becoming a Full Stack AI Generalist. Looking ahead, I plan to establish an organic fruit and vegetable farm with an on-site retail shop, and to develop residential rental properties in Gingoog City, Mindanao, Philippines.
